My interest in Project Management was sparked as a Boy Scout Senior Patrol leader many years ago.  Each campout, backpack trip, and hike was a project; as were the tasks to earn the merit badges. Out of that passion for leading and organizing my scout patrol grew my interest in Project Management. Today the organizations are bigger than a group of boys on a campout. The projects are high-tech, the teams global, and the business results are critical.   Not to say that remembering to bring the toilet paper wasn’t critical to the campout.  Every project is important to somebody.

Today, I am a Sr Project Manager at Microsoft, specializing in ERP – Dynamics  Projects.  Over the years,  I have had many bumps and bruises as I’ve learned to  lead ERP teams, software development teams, running organizational change projects, and weapons system testing projects. I’ve worked in USAF, at Keane, GRT, and US Sugar, before coming to Microsoft.
